Been a while since I've been looking, are the ipads (specifically the mini) still refreshed around the march/april time?
Currently got an ipad pro 9.7 which is getting a little long in the tooth now, but only really use it on train/buses etc.. so think the mini form factor would work better

The 6th gen iPad Mini was released in September 2021 the 7th gen was released October 2024. It doesn't look like the iPad Minis get yearly refreshes.
I'll get them straight away if they are released.
I went from the Apple Watch SE 2 to the 10 series and it was a massive upgrade. I'm pleased I did.

Ive gone from only needing phone upgrade to looking at a new watch and AirPods.....
Im on a series 6 watch and it still works fine for what I need but there will come a point that I need to change it. I like the form factor of the Ultra but have no use for most of the features. Perhaps new releases will open up the second hand market a bit more....

I always feel the watch is what you can hold onto the longest but that may be because I dont like using mine! Its on a series 5 but nothing makes me think it needs changing. They really do need a redesign. I always feel it sits high (the watch)

What this doesn't factor in is the fact you can get discounts on stuff that's older in its life cycle.
I just bought a MBP for several hundred lower than the price on Apple's website. If/when they release the equivalent M5 version, there's no way you'll be able to buy it for the same price. Hence why I couldn't care less if they release a new version on the 9th. So instead of thinking 'Caution' or 'Don't Buy' you should be thinking 'I should look for a discount'

Probably similar things again, I dont know why they dont push for a better design. I know apple like their stuff to look a certain way so you can tell what it is but come on.. change it up
