I was on ITN News in 1986. A new local leisure centre was opening and I was 18 months old kicking a blow up ball around in the changing rooms. They even said my name.
I was on Kilroy circa 1988. It was about step parents, and my mum and dad were married and had brought two children each from their previous marriages.
I was on Dinner Date in 2011. I didn't get picked.

My mate was on Dinner Date - she told me it's all heavily implied/scripted what each should say and then heavily edited to make viewers root for one and dislike the other?
My mate is quite fit and all through filming the producer was creeping on her, following up after the show with calls and messages. Her show is always on repeat too, several years on i still send her screengrabs when i see her!

I got kicked in the stomach by Phil Campbell from Motorhead. He wasn't happy I was on the stage, for some reason.
I was then ejected from the venue by Mr Wales, whose head was way too small for his body. Didn't tell him that, mind.

Obligatory been on the local evening news in both primary and high school, also in the local papers, all to do with sports day / fund raising and something about mugs.
Live just down the road from both Tulisa and Russell Watson (famous opera singer), see Tulisa out and about every now and again.
Russell does one heck of a lot for the local village church so seen him around, OH speaks to his OH when walking the dog over the fields and local hill / edge.

- I was on the bongs on News at Ten in 1996 entering Knebworth for an Oasis concert. Was wearing an Underworld T shirt with "Second Toughest in the Infants" written on it.
- Good mate of mine is married to Holly Willoughby's sister. Been to a few "after parties" at the filming of Celebrity Juice with Leigh Francis and some of the guests.
- Lamest of all I used to go to the football and drink on matchday with Sam Fenders Uncle, although Sam would have likely been about 10 years old then so never once came up in conversation

No, but she was here. I did see her and Wiliam, but her security detail wouldn't let anyone anywhere near them for obvious reasons.
Me and the family met Kate Winslett at our local Waitrose (she lives in West Witterings, near Chichester).
Our 2 boys were being typical loud boys with our 1 year old screaming at his older brother as he was being annoying and she came over and told us that we won't have to worry about the little one as he's standing up for himself already
She was very friendly and my wife was grinning for the rest of the day!
