Doing my head in trying to find these
Anyone know proper name or part number or
A link for these?

Not concave/hooked/carpet blades
These blades have a curve similar to some scalpels
So you can cut not using the tip like a straight blade
As that can rip some things
Curved like a samurai sword, cutlass etc is best description
My brain can come up with

Got a packet of them somewhere but can't find them
Thought Would be an easy thing to find on amazon etc
But guess I am just not coming up
With the correct terminology in my searching

Thanks

Thanks very much mate
I tried everything I could think of to call them on amazon
With no luck at all
But those are the right idea you can start your cut
With the blade edge rather than the tip
To avoid tearing delicate materials

Are you cutting thin fabrics, it's common to use a rotary cutter and a cutting mat for those now.

No tips at all just squashing an endless curved blade through it.
Cutting vinyl on glass at the moment
Can't get the correct angle with a straight blade
To complete the cut without the tip digging in

I used to use the convex blades for all sorts of stuff
Just preferred them over straight blades

Thinking about it i have a rotary cutter somewhere
It's a decorating tool
Similar idea to what you linked
Not sure how well it would work on vinyl on glass though
As trying to cut without scoring into the glass

Somewhere else I probably have some mini craft knifes
With the right shaped blade

That's the problem I know I have all sorts of tools etc
But due to bad health, old age and a boatload of medications
I can never remember where I put the things
Plus am a terrible hoarder so it's like steptoe and sons junkyard in here

Just seems strange can't find Similar shaped ones
As you linked on amazon
Because get next day delivery then
