Even if it does, forget working AC on a car this old

The pipes, condenser and compressor will have fallen to bits by now. Most people don't bother fixing it because it's expensive.

Yeah, it had awful aftermarket projector headlights fitted as well, but it was honest under the bonnet thankfully.
Either or, I’m grateful people keep these memories maintained and on the road for us all to enjoy.

What an absolute rust bucket that was, and it almost disintegrated when I rolled it into a street light on the M56.

Mine is about to be resurrected from the dead. After being SORN in my garage and not moving for several years it's going in to a local Indi on Monday for every fluid change, to sort out an ABS light that now comes on and to get an MOT. It's also insured from Monday. So depending on the ABS issue and anything else found on the MOT it should be properly back on the road soon. Cannot wait

I had a Scirocco mk2 GTX back in the day. I loved that car. My brother had both a mk1 Storm and mk2 Storm.
