Yeah perhaps - Usually they expect it to thicken up as it cools down too.
I’ve not had the issue before, but two in two have been that way

Mine did in my younger days and can confirm the food is as amazing as you can possibly imagine.. never had food poisoning, and mainly eat either where the locals eat or from street vendors..

You don't have to go all the way to India, there will be somewhere not too far away that does local food for local people.Regardless of how many Curries I have consumed, not sure my gut would survive a trip to India

Not a fan of the breaded onion rings. They always look like they’d fit in at a ginger convention or just burnt.
Waitrose curry this evening but forgot to take pics. Was their beef and black pepper madras, hotter than I was expecting but very fragrant and tasty.
