Regardless of how many Curries I have consumed, not sure my gut would survive a trip to India :cry:
You don't have to go all the way to India, there will be somewhere not too far away that does local food for local people.

A lot of people who are used to BIR don't always like the more traditional food as it's simpler and not full of 1000s of spices

Not a fan of the breaded onion rings. They always look like they’d fit in at a ginger convention or just burnt.

Waitrose curry this evening but forgot to take pics. Was their beef and black pepper madras, hotter than I was expecting but very fragrant and tasty.

That area is a little wine and dine :cool:

I mean, if a couple of drinks lead to an Indian then it’s a successful night in my book :D

What MORE could you want on a night out :confused:

That's why BIR isn't as good as the real deal! Not bad in its own right though.
most decent base gravy for bir are made with just pure onions. trying to remember a guy i watch who makes curry...will come to me at some poimt on youtube. :p
