All 3 of those training locks have been done multiple times now. That Master padlock is an abomination to security, had that open in 7 seconds. Got a repinnable practice lock arriving tomorrow so that will keep me entertained for some of the weekend at least.
Incredibly satisfying and surprisingly easy.

Watch out LPL i'm coming for you!!!

I did a little bit of lock picking about 20 years ago now and its scary just how awful most locks are.

Haha, I bought exactly the same a few weeks back. The training locks are so easy.

My milling machine DRO arrived today :-) This is the control unit - the easiest part to get mounted. Mounting the scales is another level of complexity entirely. It's an Easson 12C system and cost me £660. I could have bought cheaper from Aliexpress but they're supplied with glass scales and I wanted magnetic scales so got it from a British company (M-DRO). There is also the question of warranty and I don't fancy my chances of getting service on that from China. It is one of those things that break on occasion so better safe than sorry.

Dashcam setup ready for son's new WAV on Monday. Typically forecast to tip down for a week or two, so not sure when I will get it hardwired.

/\/\/\/\ I prefer Kenyan Coffee myself, Under £10 for 250g is hard to find these days, there's a 10-15% premium over other African Coffees. Something to do with a 'Middleman' in Kenya I think, though some roasters have managed to buy direct from the farms and said Middlemen don't like it.
