My attempt at Bollywood’s Pathia - Came out better than I anticipated, very close

Paneer Pathia with a Garlic and Corriander Naan Bread.

I added Sugar, as well as Lemon Juice for the Sweet and Sour Element! Also included Ketchup, Hot Chilli Sauce.

Bollywood use Ketchup, Hot Chilli Sauce, Mango Chutney and Fresh Lemons.

Haha, proper cheating, some left over battered chicken things from the freezer that needed using up, all different lol.
With lettuce, bit of mayo and sweet chilli sauce.
