~ 850W PSU without breaking the bank?

I've just ordered the Montech Century II 1050W, overkill but it should sit right in the sweet spot for efficiency and hopefully therefore noise.

seems ok here.

and Toms mention potential turbulence in the summary but also

The fan remains inactive until the load approaches 400 watts, contributing to the unit's silent operation during typical desktop usage. Beyond this threshold, fan speed increases linearly with load while maintaining relatively low noise levels throughout most of the operating range.

Cybenetics have it under 30dba upto 850W

Received and fitted.

All good, quiet enough that at load I don't hear it over my fans/AiO anyway. When idle I turned off the 0 fan speed button and I could definitely hear it (but I was face first in the PC under my desk with the side off) so I'm happy enough.
Unsleeved cables are a downgrade from my C650 but overall I'm happy and can now run my 9070XT at stock power :)

The antec above is ridiculous... get a decent 750 or 850w about £100.
Ended up getting a Corsair RM1000x Shift refurb for £70. Didn't realise how old my current EVGA PSU was, it's been going 10 years! It's going in my Daughter's PC now.

For those who use cable extensions, even the un-sleeved part is not a concern, then again most of my cable only show around the rear these days, apart from the single one plugged in to the GPU.

Excellent VFM for that particular PSU.
