It was my youngest birthday rather than mine and this was the 2nd cake I made him! First was Saturday for his party and managed to leave it behind at the venue so had to make another for the main day. Enchilada was his choice for dinner.
Cake was a Victoria sponge with a vanilla buttercream and Oreo crumb.
You'll have to start calling him Prescott-Two-Cakes.

Mrs got some fancy fishcakes reduced, cod* and chorizo. Made homemade chips to go with.
*Not as good as haddock obviously.
