Not just boxing but a lot of professional athletes have issues after retirement due to the fact that while having to train etc. their lives were so regimented and then all of a sudden can do whatever they want is a massive shift, a lot of people who come out of the forces are the same, huge voids in their lives that they aren’t sure how to fillAppreciate we're still at the speculation stage. I'm guessing there are links with depression and brain trauma, the latter being somthing that all pro boxers must surely have.
