4K 120 PC Build - £2k Budget

Full ATX it is then, I'm not too concerned on size as long as it looks smart. I have this cabinet below my TV so the cases mentioned above would go nicely either side.

Are prices likely to change or are there any better alternatives for the other components I should be aware of in the next 3-6 months.

I'm wondering if I should buy everything else now, then wait for the Super GPU's.

Beautiful room.

Case suggestions, remember to check dimensions/clearances.

Motherboard choice if you want or may need usb4 then you need an x870 board.

3 months: I don't think there's anything imminent. There might be new parts announced at CES in January next year. The 50 series Super versions should hopefully be available by then.

6 months: the arrow lake refresh might have been released, but I don't think the CPUs will be meaningfully different to the current Core Ultra CPUs, so unlikely to compete with the 9800X3D in gaming.

Zen 6 is thought to be late 2026, so I doubt it would be available in 6 months.

Prices: I wouldn't expect much to change when there are no new releases that I'm aware of, but who knows.
