EAFC 25

I have actually enjoyed the last few months since getting back into it. FUT has changed a lot since I used to play. My order is in but it will be interesting to see how long my interests last as I came into this years version very late.

I'm not sure if I'm on board with the end of year with everyone having teams filled with 99's although it has been fun creating a few different teams to the norm you see out there.
 
Didn’t the whole game just revolve around FUT?

I always had terrible RNG luck so I just gave up on it because of that.

I know you can just pick your club and play online but as I say, isn’t the whole “progress” as such just used to drive people to FUT?

Does say picking Liverpool allow me to play in a weekly/monthly whatever league of equal skilled players?

You would think so. As far as I'm aware its the only game mode with a pay option for packs, games pass etc so that's where they want you to be.
 
Just loaded up fc25…why ain’t the squads upto date?

Do they really not update the roster of the current game with the summers transfers?
 
So I’ve played a few matches and want to get better so been watching a few YT videos and a few pro players to see how they play but sometimes in videos when they shoot or pass there’s a feint white line that appears in the direction they’re shooting/passing, what’s this? Is it something the game does automatically?
 
I've just read that you pick a gameplay preset on this version? and say when you match against someone on seasons or whatever, you could be on Authentic preset, and they could be on Competitive preset....

how the hell does that work?

Umm no idea. What is the difference between the two presets?

Authentic is for offline, maybe Vs friends also

They may add it to competitive online modes as well post launch potentially.

You can play Seasons mode which has divisions and real squads. However if you are a decent player, it will be too easy. I tried it for the first time last week and even as someone who has never got above div2 in rivals or more than 11 wins in WL, I was battering the vast majority of players by 8+ goals if they didn't quit before then. Even in div1, which had some vaguely competent players I had some wins by over 10 goals. And once you've won div1, you've basically 'completed it' unless you take on arbitrary challenges like using weaker teams. In Seasons I have a win% above 90% compared to maybe 40% in FUT.
