Sim racers - what are you running?

I use these: https://simhound.com/products/sim-hound-gloves-external-stitching-red

Note that the sizes come up a bit small, I had to go up to XL. Very comfy though and no signs of wear yet.
So these just arrived and I might need to get a smaller size.
They are quite tight to get my hand in initially but not all of my fingers go to the ends of the gloves and the thumb is way over sized.
I can't see these being comfortable long term.

Do all of your fingers go to the ends of the gloves ?

As far as I remember yeah. I'm very fussy with with how gloves feel on me, and these don't upset met at all really. I guess not everyone is the same though.

Just installed the Moza lite brake mod. We have the pedals mounted on some solid wood.

My lad couldn’t press the brake without the chair moving lol. He is too light.

Decided to remove the original spring, and that reduced the pressure required, but still get the feeling of different pressure for varying amount of brake to give more feel.

Might look at the load cell mod later as that looks proper.

Sold my Simucube Active Brake Pedal and got the Moza Mbooster active pedal to replace it, so much cheaper and as far as im concerned there is practically no difference whatsoever between them despite the Simucube pedal costing nearly double.

This is excellent news.
I hate reviewers on youtube now as they would have you believe that there is a massive difference between the two.
I replace a moza R9 with a simagic wheelbase, and apart from more power I don't think there is a massive difference.

I got the Simsonn Plus X pedals recently, as an upgrade from the Moza srp lite. Makes such a difference with a load cell using pressure, letting you feel your braking, rather than the range of movement on the srp lite. I realised I was watching the pedal input graph to overcome the lack of feeling. Really happy with them. I am on a DIY rig, so do need to adjust the pedal box I mounted them on still.

Did you have to pay customs ? Where did you order from

Thanks everyone. Finally got out of the rookie league and rather enjoying the jump on and off aspect of iracing.

Think I’ll get the black two pedal set ordered in the coming weeks.
Also toying with the idea of diy bass shakers and wind simulator for a bit of a laugh.

Wind sim is great for cooling you down. Can get quite sweaty on longer sessions
