She said, it felt a bit funny.

..... nothing like changing a wheel in a busy road.

So took it to my local indy took the tyre off, sent me to a place basically round the corner from my house who asked custom motorcycle exhausts.

Anyway he reckons he can weld it and fix it, reckons probably only about £20, plus a new tyre I guess.

My mrs isn't legally allowed to drive my car.

She only has an auto licence (medically stipulated) so I bought myself a manual.

I can drive hers but mine is mine ;)

“It’s a manual?”

“Unfortunately, yes dear.”

“But it’s an EV?”

“…it’s a special edition.”

Mine went over a bollard in my 6 month old car.

A 6k quote later and that’s my no claims bonus gone.

A new door among other repairs required. Not much fun :(

Wife did something similar a few years ago.. basically drove from home locally for about 10 minutes before someone flashed her and pulled her over. I said to her how did you not notice she was like I though I heard what sounded like a helicopter flying overhead…:D
