Doughnut day today. Made a load unglazed & unfilled ones for the freezer and used the leftover dough to make brioche style rolls. Not my neatest work but tastes fine.

Partner prefers skinny chips, which she changed on the cod dish and as you, I also love the thicker chips with vinegar

These were cooked just right, with a nice crunch on bite and a fluffy mashed potato interior.

Perhaps it's ironic that the extra strong pickled chillies I added don't really show up in the picture, because they really pushed the curry into eye watering territory.
