Ive been blown away with the performance of the RX 9070XT compared with my 2080ti.

I need to put together a low power WiFi mATX build that has a small case so its as portable as possible. I mainly game at 1440p with Borderlands 4, Dune Awakening, Dying Light The Beast.

I will be using my Seasonic 1000w PSU and 2x PCIe 4.0 M2 SSDs.

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £530.90 (includes delivery: £11.98)

Is there anything that might improve the above basket? Thanks.

I mean, that looks like a pretty solid choice of parts dude :)
I'm guessing you have the PSU, GPU, HSF and storage sorted?

If you're buying parts from the UK that's probably the best you could do.
An alternative is to get the 7600x3d if just for gaming.
Ram has really sky rocketed in price over the last few weeks unfortunately

A left-field alternative is to source the 7800x3d and ram from china. (7800x3d £210, 32gb 6000 £65). If you're not averse to getting stuff from the east but with essentially no warranty this would be the route I'd go down.

I am looking for a new AIO cooler 360mm actually. I will use my PSU and GPU with the m.2 SSD in the Signature.

Won't he get nailed with import tax etc, and then there's not much in it? Or is there still a fair amount to gain?

There is no import tax for CPUs.

Might get nailed for VAT if customs do open the package and inspect it, but the chance of that is low (but still, be prepared to pay if you're unlucky...low chance does not equal never)

I thought everything above £135 or whatever it is, = import etc tax, whatever they call it?
