Your favourite sandwich?

I love a sausage sandwich but the quality of sausages appears to have gone right down hill. I have tried everything from the premium supermarket range down to their budget offerings. I don’t have a local butcher or farm shop sadly but think I’m going to go out my way to find somewhere that does good sausage (and bacon)
You could always make some mince pork sausage patties, the texture isn't the same but the flavour can be close and of course the quality is infinitely better. They're really easy to make.

Bread and mayonase and cheese and salad and bacon and sausage and steak and crisps and ham.

If I had to pick one, Gymkhana Tandoori with mayo on toast fresh out the skillet..

Not wishing to turn this into a sausage (recommendations) party, but Boston Sausage were my go-to for sausages and sausage meat when they had a stall at Borough Market.

There's a minimum £30 order for delivery which means I don't get them often (limited freezer space), but man, they're good.

The stuff on the website looks great! Could be a few quid lighter by the time I go to bed :D

Streaky bacon, tinned tomatoes and mushroom on white sliced bread. It has to be done right though, the bacon has to be done until the rind has turned crispy and is just this side of burning and then one side of bread has to be dipped into the bacon dip.
