I'm lining up for an iPhone 17 upgrade and would rather arrive at work naked than walk around without a case on my phone. I've always had great success with Spigen cases but aaaalllll the Mous ads have done their job.
Are they worth three times the price of a Spigen?

I know this thread will likely be full of anecdotal "I had a Spigen cover and my phone broke" or whatever; I want to know if there's anything that really sets Mous apart from all the others and might justify the £70 they're asking.

The thin ones are garbage. Bits broke off mine and my phone smashed from a small drop.

Though I suppose they dont advertise the thin ones as the dame protection as the full on ones.

I bought one for about £12 in a BF sale for that price it's fine, for the full price it would have gone straight back for a refund

I got with a phone I bought on Ebay. It's really not worth the money and is no better than much cheaper phone cases.

Same experience - got a thin one and bits snapped around the volume cut out. It wasn't an expensive one so I wasn't too outraged but there was really nothing at all special about it.

They sent me another for free, but my phone smashed the next week so didn't need it :(

How can a case that costs £70 be worth it?

It's just a brand that you're paying for and nothing more. And to be honest, the brand logo is fugly imo. No way do I want to be advertising their brand for them on the back of my phone

I really like my Mous case. It's is a quality unit but no way I'd pay RRP for it.
Do doubt they're really good looking cases and I don't mind the logo.

Side note - when someone posts a pic of their phone I always wonder what was used to take the picture

What is there to doubt. It's subjective obviously.

Why because there's a one camera limit per person?

They’re well presented and feel a premium product. I’ve had mine just under a year now, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the price tag for 2 reasons:

Where the volume buttons sit on the left hand side of my iPhone, the part of the case nearest the phone is ‘loose’. As if I had put some heat on the area, if that makes sense?

I took the case off the other day (only done once or twice), and noticed the power and volume buttons have damage to the metal coating on the phone, small scratches I guess. Never had that issue before with a case, but I guess maybe it could be the fault of the phone (iPhone 16 pro).

Decent cases, but wouldn’t recommend at the price point.

I've got the Mous Limitless 5.0 - Carbon Fibre for my Pixel 9 Pro. Used it for a weekend and then gave up. It's too big and bulky, uncomfortable to hold due to rough edges, and my phone actually partly came out of it when I dropped it.

Switched to the Latercase Carbon after that and haven't looked back. It's totally the opposite and provides barely any protection, but it doesn't have any of the issues the Mous has.

Yeah the edges are rough bit they do round off after a little while.

No excuses though especially at this price. Sound have been smooth and comfortable outbid the box!
