Ah the joys of when I used to travel more. Picked up quite a few lenses when in HK.....and obviously declared it to HM customs when arriving back in the UK!

Bought my APP2 in Singapore. Notable saving, I assume HK is similar.

Prices are similar to UK if they have VAT. So most things are basically 20% off UK prices.

APP3 being under the £390 limit, it's no issue and don't need to be declared.

If you drop the APP3 case, does the lid open and both earbuds go flying off in different directions or have they fixed this 'feature' now?

Sorely tempted to go for these, I have a trip booked next week and I had convinced myself to pick up some headphones because ive got a budget (but still decent) earphones in the Earfun Air Pro 4, but having recently moved to using a MacBook and iPhone (and considering an iPad) the integration of this might top everything off nicely.

I can't seem to find any reviews or footage of anyone using them on a plane, I am sure the ANC is still good but can they rival something like the Bose QuietComfort?

A lot of modern metal an rock (which is what I listen to) can already be quite fatiguing due to high mids/highs already, a boost on top of that might be horrible. Does anyone with APP listen to this type of music? Any feedback?

Might wait for a deal on APP2 as others have said.

Sorry should have said I meant the overhead QCs. Probably not a fair comparison as they are different I know.

You can always get them and return after you give them a go with your own playlists etc.

I think ive decided on the APP3. With buying some discount gift cards you can get it down to just over 200 which is nice, and I just bought an iPad so the integration across all my devices is going to be cool.

AirPods pro 3 are being delivered tomorrow. In work all day. Hopefully get to try it out, over the weekend.

Hopefully it’s a good upgrade from my AirPods pro1

Went in to the store yesterday to try another pair and had the same ringing/whistling issue in my left ear. Out of interest I swapped around the left and right airpods (had to kind of smush them a bit) and had the same issue in my left ear.

As I was returning them the individual serving me mentioned another employee had the same issue which occured through multiple swaps of hardware. Sounds to me like an issue specific to some people's ear shapes. Such a shame because transparency was again improved compared to my APP2's.

Got mine, initial thoughts comparing to Sennheiser Momentum 4's

Def sound "more" but can't tell if that's true or just me trying to justify the outlay.
Cancelled dbrand order (as hadn't arrived) and gone for a cheap tenner case from the rainforest (the one that looks like a gameboy)
Good to know my hearing is good (-3 left ear, -5 right ear)
Have dropped down to xs fit but may need to try xxs!

Anyway now rocking the xxs but need to charge up as they arrive with around 20% charge (which is understandable). Didn't realise the case can charge from an apple watch charger, thats neat!

I think moving for the APP2 over to the APP3 has been a nice upgrade but the ANC with external higher pitch is still noticeable over everything else! And I’m 99% sure that the stalks are thicker….
