This Instant And Moment - 2025!

Back to work at 5:30am today after an eventful night in Swindon, we literally felt the blast as the explosion happened about 600 yards from our house, very scary moment and I still have the noise of it in my head, never heard anything like it!!

Taking the wife to IKEA, then Costco...

...my wallet right now:

Got some multi-focal contact lenses to try out. I was never that bothered by glasses until I started having to constantly switch between normal and reading glasses but it's really been getting on my ****. Hopefully these will work out but I think my eyes need a little bit of time to adjust.

Noshing on roast dinner lunch Thursday which is also free. For cycle to work food day. Now I don't really want to go back to my desk. I want to lay down and fall asleep with a full stomach

Do these weirdos on the flotilla want us to believe drones are flying 20-30 miles from crete to drop 250g-450g flash bangs on these boats undetected? either that or from a dark launch platform shadowing the flotilla? completely undetected

I need some chocolate and crisps *runs to the vending machine*

Yep i feel your pain

Mars bar is a lot smaller than it used to be and bag of hoola hoops again smaller

A lot of packets of crisps these days you open it and are like "is that it?" or they've reduced the packaging size as well and it is just a silly small rectangle which is harder to open due to the dimensions.

Or they are flat, the packet having lost all its internal pressure. The tissue paper thin crisps taste stale and insipid.

My stepfather died of lung cancer today, he stuck it out longer than anyone expected and then went downhill rapidly over the last few days. He was a tough old boot, he was in his mid 90s but up until about five years ago he was still cycling 20 miles a day and only gave up sailing at 86 after my mum and he capsized somewhere in the English Channel. He had lived a full life and had a story for every eventuality about his time here or there doing this or that.

Rest in peace, John, you will be missed.

Ever heard of Mossad? Hit as soon as they landed in Tunisia almost certainly by drones. If you think its imaginary I've got a bridge I can sell you.

They passed Tunisia 2 weeks ago, they've been out of drone range for the past 10 days, now they've been sat south/south-east of Crete for the past week enjoying the sun..

They claimed to be hit by a drone strike over 70km from any landmass, with no vessels nearby.. so unless Mossad are launching from a dark platform that's randomly following them undetected I'm calling BS, only military drones could make that distance from land, and to drop a flashbang??

Not to mention Israel have no incentive to stop them.. So they land on the beaches of Gaza? What do you think will happen to them.. Welcomed with open arms? a peaceful dispersal of the pathetic amount of aid they fit in to their pleasure crafts?

It's clear they are now taking their time and making excuses not to continue because they never intended on getting there in the first place.. they are on a propaganda vacation.

I hate London at the best of times and it’s heaving this weekend. I also take the lifts these days as I’m not great with heights and escalators. Of course a cheerful woman with a pram decided to open her mouth about how the rest of us should be taking the escalator. Funny how quickly she shut up after I put her in her place.
