No, but with the existing implementations I have a choice (mostly) as to how much data I give them and what I'm using it for, the approach with one central ID will take a lot of that control out of my hands as it is increasingly used "required" for more and more things.
I'm willing to bet that if you have a Tesco Clubcard or a Facebook account (for example) that you have absolutely no idea just how much data they have on you, either directly collected or inferred, regardless of how much you think you control how much data you give them. Remember when Target were able to tell women they were pregnant before they even knew themselves? The genie is out of the bottle, it will NEVER get put back in so we might as well lean into the technology to make our society more efficient.
