What a weird thing for her to have a pop at someone over. Heights is a thing but some people also can't deal with the motion of an escalator, others might have mobility issues she's not aware of. But yeah, London sucks.

Exactly, with so many hidden disabilities it’s a weird thing to put out there. And what gives her the right over anyone else? The level of entitlement these days is mind blowing.

To be honest, Cheshire Oaks, around Christmas, is about winter’s worst. They may as well pipe dramatic fight scene music through the PA’s as people crack each other’s skulls open over the last Labubu or a dented set of Jamie Oliver Tefal pans that are 30% off.

Went off on a mad one today. Decided, being absolutely off the chain, mad lad etc, to reach over and put a multipack of Pombear crisps in one of the bags on the back of the boot as I was loading a Tesco click and collect order into the car. Of course, being 42 next month, that means that I immediately experienced a sensation like someone running a Stanley knife up one side of my back, and by tomorrow morning I won’t be able to put my socks on. Of course, this would happen on the day I’m travelling up to Aberdeen to go offshore tomorrow. Never get old, I’ve been undone by a bag of mostly fresh air.

Tried going to Cheshire Oaks today, all the car parks inc the multistorey were full so we did something else instead!

I also have a bit of a facination with going on escalators, and i love the tube

Its crazy how transport to cardiff airport is not as good as airports around the world (even the smaller ones)

They are lagging behind. Even smaller airports i have been to seem to have trains that terminate pretty much at the doorstep of the airport and have frequent trains to/from.

Well, the train does go almost directly into Manchester Airport, but if it’s any consolation, you really wish it didn’t once you get there.

Hold my beer - been building my son's new wardrobe for the past few days, taking it slow & steady, doing my best not to overdo it as we've got our nieces & nephew staying and my Wife needs the support with 6 monsters playing "Who's On The Spectrum the Mostest!?".

Fitted the drawers, mounted the sliding doors, even managed to wire in the lighting without a hiccup...

...then I took all the cardboard (about 6 IKEA tonnes of the stuff) to the car, ready for the tip, and then climbed in the driver's seat...

...whereupon the M5 screw I'd put in my back pocket decided to strike.

...and I have Von Willebrand's (clotting disorder).

Two hours, practically the entire contents of my medical kit and 2000 units of Recombinant Factor to stop the bleeding from my left cheek.

Growing old sucks.
