NVIDIA RTX 50 SERIES - (PRE)ORDER DISCUSSION **NO COMPETITOR HINTING**

Do you think it's a fair assumption at this point that the 6000 series will launch in late 2026 or most likely first quarter of 2027?

If the 5000 supers are out first quarter 2026 then I expect 6000 in 2027.

Got to a live chat agent who says I will get an email back in 24-48 hours about cancelling the 5070....le sigh.

No idea on the 5080, it's still 'processing'.

Wish they'd just resell the damn FE cards. I actually *really* needed a card for this weekend.....like not a "I want to play a game" need, but actually something work-related. :/

Don't you work in fin tech and use a Mac Air?

I do (at the moment) but I also have a new ITX (Fractal Terra) build sat underneath the arm holding the Mac Air, which is currently without a GPU, which is very annoying.

Although I have discovered that the 265k iGPU is plenty capable of running the UE5 Editor which helps…

Oh cool, I wasn't trying to call you out by the way! My brain just recalled that and I couldn't figure out why you needed it lol.

Yeah not likely. Too many moving factors at play to say what might happen to the GBP price. I think it’d be unlikely to see a price drop until a ti version launched, and then you’d want the best anyway right if you’re spending that much ;)

Doubt there will be a Ti, Nvidia would just be competing against themselves at that point and those Ti dies could go into their £6000+ AI cards instead.

The only "Ti" type card we'll see is the 5080 Super, Super being the new Ti branding for the upper echelon of cards.

did anyone figure out the workaround for the 1000mhz limit on the undervolt curve (in afterburner) for 50 series cards?.. does the new driver fix this?
