GSXR1000R….not sure how important that final R is….

I’m glad how many times it says GSXR and Suzuki on the bike because I often forget what I’m riding. Even the illuminated GSXR logo on the dash is a nice touch.

Might try and get the baffle out but you have to drill the carbon fibre.
For simple explanation the additional R means its better than the one without the R. :p

Definitely R helps!

And drill a hole in your earplugs instead, same outcome for you, better outcome for everyone else :D.

Thats why I ride a Honda ADV350 R.

I took the baffle out. Vastly better and I’m not one for loud pipes. Seemed to mute any sort of character from the engine but now it sings.

Put on some Evotech goodies and some tank pads. Will save the rad guards for the weekend.

Been out when I can and starting to really gel with the bike. Being 6'3" on a good day and leggy I find it hard to fit comfortably on bikes but this after a few rides has clicked and it's been brilliant. Got some GBracing engine covers delivered and going to try source some Evotech frame sliders for any eventualities that may occur. The pillion delete is inbound also as Evotech ones came back into stock!

Bike wash day. Getting the 9 ready for her winter duties. Heated grips, Road 6 tyres, softer suspension, less aggressive riding position and a bit less power will do nicely thanks!

So, which do you prefer - team blue or team orange?

Heh heh, the golf isn't mine! Mine is the corrado that you can't see, and there's also a nice mk II scirocco there as well

Those Panigale's do have the wow factor that imo no other bike has (including the price).
If, and it's a big if, but if I change bikes again, it'll be a V4S.

Do it. You're not getting any younger and you can always get another Kwak when you're too old and crampy.

That's the problem, I'd rather save money so I can stop work at 60, or at least go part time for a bit before being able to afford to sit in the garden drinking wine and munching on cheese all day.
Hell, I'm even considering selling my OG Focus ST2 for an EV to save a few quid.
Just shoot me now :(

Thanks, yeh I would have liked the S too, for my budget when I was buying it I could only afford the 1st generation of them and it was between a low miles non-S or a higher miles S and with them being a Ducati I played it safe and went for the lower miles. Would have probably been ok with the higher miles S but I dunno just opted for what I hope is less problems and to be fair it hasn't missed a beat, even today after zero problems in 2 years when I start it up I feel a sense of relief when it runs lol!
