Yesterdays pork, with crackling removed and done on Max Crisp in the air fryer.
Homemade garlic roasts.

Got to say that the Dreo really delivered (Finally at 9pm) and turned the pork shoulder into something I and the OH have never tasted before, both on texture and taste. It is moist, but flakes like tuna chunks.

Today’s lunch at work… Jacket Potato, Cheese & Beans.

And now.. Curry, cooked by the main man :)

Chef came out from the Kitchen to shake my hand and pass me my order, handshakes galore when I walk in :D

Customers on looked as if to say who is this big deal :cry:

Chicken Pathia, Plain Rice and a Plain Naan Bread.

Curry looks proper lush!!!! We haven't had one in a while... Do you order from there that often?

Amazing, honestly - Their Chicken Pathia is like no other.

Yes, I order from my local often, I wish I had kept a tally chart at this point  Must be at 100 by now.

I have even been into the Kitchen, behind the scenes to be shown how the Curry is made and was sent on my way with it.

Behind the Scenes :D

Gilbert the local legend of the curry house!

I practically walk about like I own the place now :D

You should have become part owner of the place or had a complete buy out with the amount of money you have spent there over the years

I always check my palm after a hand shake, expecting a little note or something suggesting some sort of ownership :p
