I'm with you on this, I like Pedro Pascal but I'm all Pedroed out too. He seems to just be everywhere, I had the same thing with the Rock who just seemed to be in everything for a while and also with Hannah Waddingham who after Ted Lasso just seemed to be in everything, acting or singing. Just all becomes a bit much.
 
Saw this last night. Wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Silver surfer was just very underwhelming and moleman was completely unnecessary but thankfully had very short onscreen time.

There are multiple hints at Doom (like the shots of the Latveria desk empty in the council) but yeah I did hope for a bigger connection. I think they're moving away from films being so heavily linked because it requires too much buy in from your average punter.
 
Watched this last night and was pretty disappointed, Bad plot full of holes and not great acting I think Pedro Pascal was the only one who held his own.

I'd be more interested to hear what people actually liked about this movie, i cant really think of anything. I suppose the space bits looked alright and the woman was quite attractive. The plot was terrible,slow, boring and had no action, plus it was full of cliches. The bad guy was supposed to be billions of years old but he was stupid and just moved around slowly and was weaker than the woman. The heroes hardly used their powers etc etc.

The film was anything but slow and certainly had action. Galactus was huge, so of course he moved slow.

I loved the main cast they played the parts perfectly and worked well together. I did love the 50s/60s retro future design, it was well implemented.

The silver Surfer was an interesting character with a sad back story. Over all the humour was spot on and the script was fairly tight and well put together. Definitely one of the better MCU movies of the last 5 years personally.
