Is Imgur blocked in North Korea?
NK are entirely segregated from the public Internet. They did accidentally push their DNS records into public DNS a few years back, which gave some insight into their Internet presence, but that was quickly reversed. Is Imgur blocked in North Korea?
Ok cheers guys, good to know we are on par with them in this respect at least.
The UK has not blocked Imgur, Imgur has blocked the UK.
I have a policy based VPN called OSA where I put sites I wish to access but can't. Other methods exist, full blown VPN, proxy, browser tricks etc.I wondered why I was getting loads of images not loading in Reddit. They must be from imgur.
What a load of tripe.
I did, multiple times. Had US, Canada, Netherlands and Singapore IIRC.Change the VPN destination.
The Taliban have just turned the internet off in Afghanistan. Such a bright future ahead.Ok cheers guys, good to know we are on par with them in this respect at least.

Just wait for ReformI think our government is more or less the Taliban now anyway right?
Give them time.I think our government is more or less the Taliban now anyway right?
Yep, seems they are staring down the barrel of a potential fine from the ICO due to not meeting basic requirements like asking a user's age when signing up for an account. The UK has not blocked Imgur, Imgur has blocked the UK.
So what could happen when this hits the end game and its on the cards that the company that owns forum software many sites use decide the same as imgur or digital ID becomes mandatory and we all have to provide it to use forums.

Yes it absolutely is.Well the BBC is basically a hammas properganda outlet at this point.
And its worth pointing out this is a requirment of the data protection act 2018 which is a carbon copy of GDPR as required in the EU so presumably they are also inbreach of that.Yep, seems they are staring down the barrel of a potential fine from the ICO due to not meeting basic requirements like asking a user's age when signing up for an account.
