Currently use a Razer Viper Ultimate that has side buttons on both the left and right. Very useful for me as I can map buttons to each thing that provide a lot of use in gaming and in general use.

Battery has gotten bad now where it needs to be wired in almost all the time. Are there any other options out there that I can upgrade to? Not too fussed about brand as long as it has updated/better specs than what im currently using and lightweight. Wireless with USB-C charging is ideal.
Been looking around all over the place and it seems to be very rare to come across mice that have side buttons on both sides.

74g wireless!?
I was about to suggest you take my G903 that's gathering dust but at 110g you probably wouldn't be able to move it across the mouse pad.

G Pro Wireless is my suggestion.

Even 74g is considered heavy these days!! Im seeing a lot of mice that are under 60g now

Have you got a link for it? The one I saw initially when researching only has buttons on 1 side

Pity it's on pre-order.

The buttons are removeable so you'll often see it with only left side buttons; annoying.
Logitech's stupid website desgin won't let me link directlyt to the highlight, but if you go here and click on "Explore Key Features", under "Buttons" you'll see it says "Removable left and right side buttons make PRO Wireless truly ambidextrous..."

Edit - The G Pro 2 Lightspeed also has buttons both sides.
