Forgot to post “soon” earlier with this first photo whilst making the base gravy.
Chicken pathia, need to work on the balance as it was too sweet for me and could take more tamarind for the sour.

Did homemade lasagne. It was grand.

Successful Aldi Trip.. I emptied the shelf of Paneer Curries 
Tempted to try the Chicken ones, although I often don’t enjoy the actual Chicken in Ready Meals

But it’s rare to find a Paneer Curry ready meal, a banging one even rarer! So I shall make the most of limited buying window.

I was allowed to walk up to a till for it then to close and be diverted to the self check out, due to the precious cargo in my basket I decided not to be a Karen
I couldn’t scan and bag them up quick enough, I was looking over my shoulder as I did it
In my defence, I often found them sold out regularly last year at numerous stores.
