that reminds me of an old post of yours about you hating HOOD when it hit 100$
After their shenanigans in the $GME fiasco, I'll never trust that company again. This is one of those companies that flies high, and then goes pop one day, like FTX. Mark my words.
now 147 btw

TLDR - do exactly the opposite of what I say, and get rich.

When you start buying US stocks on T212, how do you deal with tax implications? I notice they make you fill in a US tax treaty form, so can you just treat them like UK stocks for tax purposes?
Within an ISA there are no implications.

CD Projekt are publicly traded?

I need me some just to honour their work!

Which part is the misinformation?

The chat on the boards is hilarious for this stock, you have one camp saying this company is making no money (true) to justify its market cap, and you have others saying to keep the faith and its all MM manipulation

The 'interview' with this lord bloke seems to have fallen flat. Good luck to all holders.

Discussion boards are horrible on t212.

Anything negative gets a down vote.

You have rampers and derampers spewing out nonsense everywhere. What's most concerning is the noob comments. People spending 1000s asking "whens it going to go up" or "I'm so thankful for this drop to dca" or, my personal favourite "if it goes up to X how much money will I have?".

Oh yeah, i also love "it's only a loss if you sell".. After the price has crashed 99 percent. "have faith, diamond hands." etc

"I've drawn some random lines on this chart, that's the support limit". Damn support levels. They love that one. As it plough throughs said support level.

t12 socials in the app is like social media for pumping, dumping and influencing idiots
I'm surprised the social side is legal tbh with how uninformed it makes the users seem, it's like they built wallstreet bets into the app

There actual real forum doesnt seem like anyone really talks much stocks on there

CD Projekt are publicly traded?
on German markets and US OTCt hey don't have games coming out until 2 years+ so it'll probably barely move or go down before then.

If you want a fun read look up "quantum".

Its a stock that has absolutely nothing to do with quantum computing. But disturbingly many many people think it does. So much so in the initial quantum hype it's price sky rocketed.

There are still people investing with no idea it's not a quantum stock. Things like this give great concern about a bubble.

Look at this nonsense below.

That stock (quantum) rocketed just on hype. That's 100s of millions of dollars... On literally nonsense.

Why do people think it's a quantum stock.. You'll only need 1 guess!

Talking about hype (this time it's legit.. Honest).. I know a few of you are in MVST.

That's also gone on a crazy moon shot recently.

Anyone still holding?

I got stopped out recently at 3.75 then it shot up. I'm dibbing in and out but making more money with Quantumscape currently.

It's not really a moonshot, it's become profitable at last and is growing, it's P/E isn't anything ridiculous, there are some concerns though - the dodgy shorters report tanked the stock hard, churning through CFOs non-stop, heavily China centric, very reliant on IVECO which has been acquired by Tata.

A near doubling since Sep 1st I see. Do you know the reasons?

No. I know it dipped recently. But for me growth has been good so I haven't actually sold. I still hold 2000 shares. I originally bought the first 1000 at 0.6 so it's done me well. It's one of my big holdings that I have faith in (at the moment)

It got heavily hit after turning profitable by a short report and totally silent PR, then the CFO left within a few months of joining, then summer earnings werent as good as expected bit of a perfect storm.

It bounced back because it seems a fundamentally decent bet, profitable, expanding Chinese manufacturing and the sector as a whole is quite buoyant, plus it was heavily shorted so likely a bit of a short squeeze.

Was 35% up but back to starting position. On the fence if I should leave or cash out with no loss.

I've only got £60 on it as I used to to gyppo the bonus from IG.com, not bothered if I lose it. Will ride it out, maybe they win a new contract and make a huge move again, who knows.

I really should've just stuck with my own gut feeling tho:

So the YTD on ALRT is nine thousand seven hundred percent and you lot are still buying in? Did they cure cancer and world hunger at the same time?
