Pretty much, but if I can muster the willpower the best time to buy is immediately after a Steam sale using CDKeys/Loaded.The Steam sales just arent the same for me these days, trouble is, in recent years I buy games off Cdkeys for cheap prices all through the year so by the time a steam sale comes around, I've already bought all the games I'm interested in anyway earlier on in the year (and often for cheaper than the steam sale price is anyway), so I'm left with essentially nothing to buy in the steam sale.
