Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [3rd - 5th October 2025]

Do you not watch him game to game or something? He’s completely brain dead.

Players voting a mate as player of the season means nothing when he plays as he does.
Look, it's well known that you're a bit toxic towards some players, surprised you haven't managed to get a Shaw jibe in there too.

I just say it how I see it. He’s not very good. And Shaw’s star has waned considerably.

I’m sorry if you see it as ‘toxic’ though. I’ll try and tone it down a little.

You have to ask whether Casemiro does these things on purpose at some point. Mans got the common sense of a goldfish.

Think Lammens has been good on the whole. Even the charge out. Least he’s got the courage to and belief. Bayindir would probably have stuck to his line.
He's had a very good game. Safe. Good on both feet - so much so that it took me a while to gauge what was his preferred. We really are delinquent in midfield in terms of signings. We cannot play this season with Casemiro - he's so slow and clumsy. We've said enough about Bruno. Kobbie isn't going to make it in a two - to be honest I'd sell him in the summer. Ugarte is just pap. To be left without one player who you can say "fits" the position is a joke.

Decent result, Sunderland set up wrong and we took full advantage of that. They looked better after their coach made those changes before half time.

Lammens looked very solid for a debut in a game of this pressure, hopefully he can build on that. Good that Sesko scored too, important that he keeps getting goals, even if they aren't pretty.

Overall I don't really think it tells us too much. We're still very rough around the edges, and we'll see how things go vs Liverpool and beyond...
