Trading the stockmarket (NO Referrals)

I'm taking such a bath on GME & ALRT, whilst ALRT was very much a punt, GME i suspect will bounce in the next month or so.

Or it'll just go to zero and every single store will simultaneously & spontaneously combust, knowing my luck.
With so much cash it's got to get stronger and stronger. This warrant dividend is interesting but I have no idea how it'll all react from tomorrow on when they are released.

Yeah I've got a few GME shares, I predict a short rise, followed by a massive slump for a few months, then a gradual return to the usual.

I love reading the posts on Reddit about it, the levels of delusion on there is hilarious :D

Yea, I've found nearly every sub Reddit is a little echo chamber all of its own. The amount of folks still trying to figure out memes and events is crap. Whether Keith Gill makes a return or not doesn't matter to me.
I've been watching, holding/building my ownership for 5 years, I'm in the green currently but a good or bad week makes such a difference. I do think the company is in good hands based on the vast reduction in business costs and decisiveness to close under performing areas. The sheer amount of cash they're sat on can only be a good thing in my book and can be a great tool to have ready to use if any purchases or mergers arise.

Why would you be in bricks and mortar retail for the long haul, especially video games in which physical media is becoming increasing niche? Seems mental if you ask me. Or are they just selling plastic tat game merch to people online now?

Had worse days , reinvested past profits and went a bit mad yesterday

EONR has been up and down a lot recently, can't recall why I even bought any (maybe a comment here?) but wondering when to get out.

"Get out while the going is good". But seriously, I get out when I've reached my target %. It was a tactic recommended in a video up thread which I thought made simple sense.

judging the risk reward is always hard..
just one more point or % or £1 before i sell... and boom down in to the negative

tis what happened to me on amd the first time round.

I'm a piranha I just take repeat fixed size small bites (%'s). Folk like moonman are sharks in comparison.

Most companies started as bricks and mortar. They've built the cash and though theyre sitting on it gaining a couple hundred million a year, I can see them moving out of the current markets and into something new. The money they hold puts them quite high in the list of companies with cash on hand, similar to Sony, SAP, Mitsubishi, SK Hynix, Robinhood etc.
They will eventually invest at least some of that money, whether its in the financial markets or a buy out or something else I dont know but the potential is there. They are turning profit now every quarter and the only thing detrimental to them is the reputation from years ago where there was an attempt from outsiders to run it into the ground when it wasnt doing so well. Things are much rosier now but that reputation will take time to shrug off.
