These are amazing!! They need to sell these all year round, better than the local curry house!! and a decent portion!
They look pretty legit, sauce has maybe split a tiny bit?
Shocking picture/plating but trying to be healthy after some horrendous meals. Grilled chicken breast, tenderstem, cauliflower and butter bean mash with a herb/smoked paprika browned butter. The mash is actually really good.

Umami bomb! I really don't like marmite, but there's a Vietnamese restaurant in Stirchley (Eat Vietnam) that does absolutely killer marmite and peanut butter cauliflower "wings". Maybe I need to see the light...
