This Instant And Moment - 2025!

I took some parcels in for neighbours about Tuesday, a TV and something else. I've seen them almost every day, possibly even walked past one, and they've not knocked for their stuff.

Tempted to just plant them on their doorstep. I am not a postman, the favour I am doing is to take responsibility for the packages' safety!

Edit: This is for immediate next door neighbours where I don't even know their names. On the other side for 2 doors I know names, numbers and we exchange party invites. Those people would get a delivery service!

Bought a new fan for one of the downstairs rooms. Boy, was it fiddly to put together -the instructions were small hard to read pictures. For $245 they could have put some effort in.

I just found out that SketchUp is no longer free .. they've expired the old free product and now you have to pay a minimum of $10/month for the "free" option. Shame.. back to free cad packages..

@413x what a photo and location. Stunning.

I suffer from anxiety which rears its head every now and again. I have to regularly give myself a good talking to so I can overcome my inner demons. Be kind to yourself.

Its pen-y-fan in Brecon beacons.
Its the highest peak in south Wales.

I've been up many mornings and had some amazing cloud formations. With clouds blowing over me and pouring down the side.

But this is the most perfect, still, thick inversion I've seen in South Wales. I'm so glad I went. Could have easily stayed in bed!

Had an oil leak in the car in teh past thought it had been fixed was told it was done and thought I didn't have to worry about it anymore but no, oil warning flickered so checked and had to put 2 litres in it. Annoying.

Got my IDP (international drivers permit) this week. You can’t do it at the post office but have to go to a Pay Point, not just any pay point, or anywhere you can walk to in town but the nearest one by me is in an Asda service station on the side of a dual carriage way outside a small town 20miles south of me. Not to mention not every staff member is trained to use it to offer to make the permit, the guy who does it does the 6am to 2pm shift.

What kind of system is this.

I've not heard about this, where was the notification from them? Looks like I'll be getting all my old drawings off their site as I just don't use it enough to warrant the cost. I've been using the free version of Fusion a lot more and that's where I'd put my money when I start to use it's more powerful features.

I detest subscription based software.

I just logged on and found that the've changed a lot including expiring the previous free access in feb'25 when you look at your products/subscriptions etc.

You also have the option of moving your data to the UK from the US data centres but, dumbly, you need to agree to their T&C todo it..
