I'd be amazed if he can get that beast registered in the EU. A lot of his cars are running around on temporary German plates but will be interesting to see if he can get real plates on it.

It's basically a trophy truck isn't it? :D

Pretty much yes, but his parents are really wealthy and influential, so I would be surprised if he couldn't get it registered.

In some European countries its quite popular to register the car in a neighbouring country where the laws are more lenient and just driving the car back home. I've witnessed this in bigger cities, most of the owners said that a lot of it has to do with the taxes too. VED in the UK isn't that bad, when you look at some other countries. :p

I think Singapore is the worst, right? Owning a car there is crazy expensive...
