OUR LOWEST PRICE EVER ON 9070 XT (BETTER THAN PRIME) - £555

I caved and bought a RX 9070 XT, the Gigabyte Gaming OC.

Still not selling my RX 7900 XTX. The RX 9070 XT will go in another system, to experience FSR4, plus other meddling.

Besides price, amount of VRAM had been what held me back from buying into Navi48, but more and more I looked at it become questionable if this was an issue.

Some recent TPU reviews sorted by highest VRAM usage at 4K.

I also take the view all never makes in to the news.

So perhaps on the horizon are techniques that may get implemented to lower VRAM usage, dunno, but food for thought.
Gaming at 3840x1600 the most I have seen is allocation of 14GB with an actual usage of 13.5.

It's a £14.99 saving over launch MSRP=it's on sale.
£15 “saving” on a 7 month old card. Give over. Gibbo isn’t giving you anything and Nvidia doesn’t care

Prices creeping up again, £570 for the pulse now and £650 for the nitro.

Yet some how they still have a red sale text saying "save 14%" and a red line through £659.99 to £569.99 for the Pulse, and most of the other cards. One day the Gov will do something about false advertising prices, I used to think OCUK were good at being honest with prices but its been like this for years and doubt it will ever change until it is made illegal.

As a starter for 10 if the price has been lower in the past 30 days you can't claim it is a reduced price or you are making a saving, and they should be made to advertise the highest and lowest price it has been in the last 12 months, and the prices must have been around for a significant amount of time not just a day or an hour.

Are you anti consumer btw?

Ah so you don't know current guidelines. There are existing grounds which cover most of what you just thought of.

The regulator having a look and caring is another matter.

As so you don't know the current guidelines then (see what I did there?)

The current guidelines do not cover the issue of advertising a lower price and still saying the price is lower even after it just went up... Anything else you want to argue at fail at?
