Sounds it but left over roast chicken and the basic salad bits are simples and cheap. The avocado has the posh element lol.Bit posh. Lol

I like piccalilli with a nice ham in a sandwich.Corned beef and piccalilli is a fav of mine. I see Branston are now doing a chilli piccallili which I can't wait to try

Tried some corned beef recently after not having any for many years and one that I used to really enjoy, but it just didn't happen for me (corned beef and English mustard)

Slight tangent, but I have never found the appeal of cold corned beef in a sandwich. Hot and crispy in a corned beef hash is the way to eat it.
Add a bit of ham in there and you have a great sandwichCheddar & Pickle.
