Your favourite sandwich?

Corned beef and piccalilli is a fav of mine. I see Branston are now doing a chilli piccallili which I can't wait to try
I like piccalilli with a nice ham in a sandwich.

Tried some corned beef recently after not having any for many years and one that I used to really enjoy, but it just didn't happen for me (corned beef and English mustard)

My go to is a simple ham and cheese and then toasted in the george foreman. Hot sandwiches > cold sandwiches

Slight tangent, but I have never found the appeal of cold corned beef in a sandwich. Hot and crispy in a corned beef hash is the way to eat it.

Another favourite of mine is from Poland.
Polish smoked ham, wholegrain mustard, young brined cucumber and tomato slices. (think gherkins but brined so no vinegar, young brined is about a month in the brine where the normal ones are brines for much longer)
I love a sandwich :D

The OH has done it before in a marrow and it was slightly OKAY, but more on the side of errrk.

Never tried Corned Beef hash and might try it sometime soon.

Has to be the King of all sandwiches, The Club.

Three slices of bread with layers of cooked chicken, fried bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.

Never make it myself but if it is on a lunch menu I will always order a club sandwich.

If I had to pick one made at home then bacon sandwich with white bread, lots of streaky bacon and some ketchup. even better if the bread is slightly fried in the bacon grease on one side.
