Greenlizard0 Premier League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [18th - 20th October 2025]

Happy with the win but it wasn't a great performance, if Liverpool took their chances it could have been a 5-something scoreline. Although we had a couple of chances, especially the cut back to Bruno.

Has there been a case of a player hitting the woodwork three times in a game?
Pretty sure Nunez did it.

But yeah, from a Liverpool perspective I'm not devastated. We weren't as bad today as we have been. We were always chasing it after going down to a poor goal early doors, and were the better team for most of the match which hasn't happened much this season.

It was at anfield was always gonna need some breaks, played better then I thought and the big positive the keeper looks good

This is Slots test, we over achieved last season I genuinely though we would get into top 4 didn’t expect to win the league.

I don’t think Slot is getting enough right atm as already said tactically, players starting etc.

Not convinced he knows how to set up the new players.

Still not convinced Isak fits and still feel we didn’t need him once we landed Hugo

Salah seems to of gone way many players have in past got huge contract over 30 and form has fallen off the planet

Yeah, I like how he came out when Salah had that chance he put wide. A little bit of a heart in mouth moment when he was collecting a high ball coming down and it went behind him a little. Most of his long balls didn't find a United shirt though, but looks like he was told to go long and VVD tends to mop those up.
