——The Official Battlefield 6 Thread——

I'm just giving up playing this before 8pm. It seems around that time of day something just magically flips and I turn into a superhero. This game is like a freaking rollercoaster for me. I got on another 3 game run. I just squad wiped three enemy squads whilst defending points in that last match. My mate joined me for that last round and even he was having a blast with it. I'd love to see some stats on server performance/load and player counts/locations etc etc at around that time to see why this phenomenon is happening.

Also had my first rpg attack helo kill today. incredible!:D

Mainly no lifers before that time. In the evening more casuals join.

Just had a damn good round whereby I was fighting the top spot and capturing points with revives. What made a huge difference was a large amount of people dying from my SMG and Pistol. Only the odd hitreg issue but on the most it was brilliant!!

When the game works, it's a banger!

I've discovered a mini game within BF6, it's called re-bind the enter / exit vehicle key from E. This is when the fun really starts!!

There's an enter vehicle key in infantry/pedestrian then an exit vehicle for every type of vehicle in the game, in both passenger and driver variety and changing one doesn't change them all, no!

It's possible to have a different key to enter the different vehicle types, then a different one to get out of the vehicle as a passenger and finally a different one to get out as a driver. I think you could use up 15 different keys just getting in and out of vehicles, it's asinine.

Wonder if ***zou is possibly in BF6 though I'm guessing the sliding mechanic is easy to exploit. Far too many people obviously using software/macros in BF4 to do it on demand as they know it messes with the hit box and where the player is visually vs how the server sees them so they'll activate it when being shot at to try and avoid damage :(

Played perfectly fine for me. A bit slow to load up stuff initially. I've just had 4/5 games no latency issues or anything. Shame my teammates were complete dog ****! Every single game was a complete bulldoze. I didnt bother playing through through most of the matches I can tell very early on if I have a half competent team or not. I just dont have the patience to be the only person trying.
Its even worse when you have teams rotating round the all the cap points only holding a single one at one time...
I hate it when I get stuck on a team like that. I call them Pikmin teammates, as they just all run around in a huge group together. You really don’t need 10+ all surrounding one objective, leaving the others wide open to get recaptured.

Its a dumb mechanic that has no place in a battlefield game, in bf5 people could use it in such a way that sped their movement up and it (as mentioned) seemed to screw with the hit detection. Wish they'd just get rid of crap like that as people ALWAYS manage to figure out a way to exploit it, then dice try and fix it and end up making a complete balls of it. Better off not having it in the first place and problem averted.

Is it a hack? I mapped my C button to be immediate slide whilst running so no need to double press it, so now I basically slide around every corner just incase there is a bogey lol

I'm not sure in BF6 but in 4 it was possible for cheat software to manipulate the movement bugs/glitches or special mechanics in the game on demand. From a quick Google it doesn't seem like the various forms of "zouzou" can be done in 6 like in 4 manually in game - but I wouldn't be surprised if software can still exploit it.

When running press ctrl to crouch and it'll slide. It's a very Destiny2 movement pattern. Not seen anyone go straight sideways as in that clip though.

I have finally bought this now. Do we have an official OCUK group that I could join?
Tried playing with randoms and it's a pain as usual :D
