Cost of Living - Shrinkflation is speeding up at an alarming rate

was more concerned that he started ozempic thread (with a disclaimer)

Have to keep telling parents don't buy drinking chocolate - adulterated with something like 70% sugar, cheaper to get cocoa and DIY
(the guy running hotel chocolate with free c4 advertising knows that too)

Club biscuits the fruity mauve ones best left as happy childhood memories, un-folding foil interior and pushing bar back into the paper sleeve;
can't see an online ingrediants list for those, to compare, if they had to list them back then - a stalwart for family road trips..

:)
I don't do Cocaine or Ozempic. I do do Coca-Cola and Chocolate though.
I'm a high metabolism skinny guy, much do the disgust of anyone that sees what I can get away with consuming. Soz.

I always loved the Orange clubs... the other ones, not so much. And definitely left as a memory with the ruling of no longer legally chocolate.

Then again, I don't really eat chocolate basically at all anymore, it's all just rubbish these days. Even the expensive "actual chocolate" options are still very poor tbh.
apparently common sense, critical thinking etc are all wrong. you should get your fingers coated in chocolate.

also it'f its the bottom WHY PUT A PRETTY PATTERN ON IT? twit ceo should use some common sense, you don't decorate the BOTTOM

how about put plain ugly chocolate on the bottom and a pretty picture of something like the union jack on the biscuit side, then people might see that as the correct way up.....

what he means is he prefers to eat them chocolate face down, so everyone else should too, because we are all idiot sheep who cant think for ourselves.

goto uni and don't think about anything too much, be like him.
CEO of the brand says the item's orientation is where the branding is visible ... not really a surprise, surely?

Yup its horrible stuff I was never a fan.

Wetherspoons have stopped people getting unlimited re-fills on it, like you are able to with tea or coffee.

Make you diabetic having that regularly.

Do the new chocolate biscuits melt at lower temp/conduct heat more , with the palm oil etc.
real clubs I can remember chocolate breaking off in shards , but the likes of mcvities digestives you get chocolatey fingers
is that why people are always buing keyboards in new stuff thread.

What do you mean by actual chocolate is poor? Don't like the taste? We were probably conditioned on overly sweet stuff in our youth.
I quite like Hu Chocolate. No crap of any kind in. https://hukitchen.co.uk/products/simple-dark-chocolate

Of course, bars of chocolate here are basically bars of sugar. So quality chocolate that isnt super sweet tastes totally different.

It's probably worth checking the labels on the stuff you buy, there's probably all sorts of cheap **** ingredients sneaking in.

I've just given up on eating chocolate, good for my health if nothing else.

Some light reading before bedtime!

Omits one of the largest drivers of food inflation, energy costs.
Salad growers in Netherlands basically gave up as heating their greenhouses became unprofitable.
