Bring back "small" phones

I use a 4 year old iPhone 13 Mini. I love it and have just had the battery replaced as there's no replacement model for it yet and it still performs perfectly well for me. Battery life only really became an issue after 2-3 yers of ownership.

The Mini disappears into my pocket and I hardly know it's there. When I had larger phones they were ever present and left marks in my jeans from the pressure of something being in my pocket.

Since when did this phone become considered "small"? It's perfectly normal sized. Do we think they'll ever revive the "Mini" iPhone? Are there any good alternatives from the Android camp? I hope Apple stops experimenting with all these new form factors and just brings the Mini back.
 
The Asus Zenfone 9 has a screen size of 5.9 inches. Not as small as your iPhone 13 Mini, but smaller than most newer Android phones at least. I don't have one myself though, so have no personal experience of how it performs.

I can't see a revival of the "Mini" iPhone to be honest. Looking at Apple's new iPhone Air launch, the USP of that phone is how thin it is, but they are also boasting its screen size of 6.5 inches as "large and immersive".

there is always the SE or whatever they've called that now, but isn't that a bit larger than the older iphone 8 shaped SE

I believe the SE was discontinued earlier this year when the iPhone 16e was introduced. And the 16e isn't any different to the 16 in terms of screen size.

Yeah, the people absolutely did not speak about the Mini. Apple barely advertised it. It was a marketing failure.

You could get a light jacket or bodywarmer with a big pocket, or get a man bag!
