Good race but just utterly baffling decisions all round by the stewards/FIA/TV direction. Also Crofty was particularly terrible this weekend, genuinely found myself just telling him to shut the **** up at times.

I wonder if the TV direction had something to do with it. They were commentating on things we weren’t watching half the time.

My personal fave was Sainz pit limiter being broken causing him to speed in the pit lane twice - so the stewards punish him with a drive through penalty.

My man is having to manually feather the throttle to stay under the speed.

Have you forgotten why F1 stopped using waved yellows for incidents like these?

I dunno, there's an argument the sport has gone too far on that but (1) better to err on the side of safety and (2) things are as they are under the accepted way the sport runs the VSC was 100% correct.
