Spec me a BF6 capable machine @1080p 60 FPS

Is there any reason not to get the cheapest m.2 SSD? I don’t need any more storage.
For a general storage/games drive you're usually alright, but you're looking at bottom of the barrel (controllers, flash), which is reflected in the 3 year warranty and 250 TBW endurance rating (for the 2TB capacity).

To put that in context, a regular TLC drive would have a rating around 1200 TB written (in the 2TB capacity). Pretty shocking.

I have no experience with the Greens, but these kind of low-end drives often report high failure rates when used as primary drives.

BF6 is 98GB on my steam files.

Should be enough

Smaller SSD are a bit slower then the bigger ones, proberly not going to make a big deal if you just want BF6 only.

yes, their NAND endurance is especially crap, suggesting that they are using ultra low quality QLC NAND...basically as good as ewaste at this point, and made only to scam unsuspecting consumers

eg crucial E100 480GB = 60TBW, SN3000 500GB = 100TBW

just pony up a couple more quid to get the SN5000 500GB (500TBW)

Thank you, you’ve all been very helpful.

Buy the largest capacity drive you can for the least amount of money. The type of NAND is pretty much irrelevant when it comes to gaming system as you’ll never get near the write tolerance. More big = more good especially with game sizes growing rapidly.
