It's good to be back home

Lol, I know there would be gravy comments :D

There is some very thin gravy in there (from a jar) but apparently I was meant to mix in some corn starch to thicken it ....

Shock horror - no butter in the mash (or the house) or yes there would be 1/2 back in there !

So it's mash and milk

That's what you get on a first day back from holibobs, What's in the freezer? Meal roulette:D

Big shop today then. Straight down to Fortnum & Mason

It doesn't look bad to be honest & comes with high praise from yourself. However, you must be wasting away after being on this diet for this long

Better for the arteries though...

TB must be wasting away with this diet he's on

Its (along with healthier eating, lots of exercise and calorie counting), helped with my blood pressure, bloods generally, heart rate and the original intention of lost a significant amount of weight :D

I have made a conscious effort to exercise 5-7 days a week and the protein is helping with not losing muscle as part of the weight loss

My "shape" has improved immensely with the routines I'm doing coupled with approaching 30kg weight loss

That amount of weight loss without muscle wastage is very impressive. I bet you are feeling a lot better. However, I have noticed your daughter's are still making some lovely cakes etc. so some days must be tougher than others

Thanks

I've gained a fair bit of muscle (well definition) at least ! .

I've always been quite well built, it was just hidden under plenty of insulation :D :D

I feel the best I have in years, which is also fantastic

I'm not, not eating , just been a bit more restrained and it makes the treats all the better ! :D

Ha ha !

The only "proper" before and current pics are semi clad and I'm certain you don't want to be seeing those

I'm also not certain I'm ready to post it on the interwebs :P

I'll dig some fully clothed before ones and post upmin spoilers :D
