I wanted to ask if there is a release date or release window known for the ASUS PG27AQWP-W Monitor?

The is the 27” 1440p 540Hz 4th Gen Tandem OLED monitor with the True Black Glossy Coating ASUS has shown off recently.

I know OCUK is usually one of the first retailers to get a hold of the latest monitors.

The new panel has also achieved a slightly lower response time of 0.02ms compared to previous OLED panels and comes with True Black HDR 500 certification for vivid visuals. The ASUS ROG Super Kill 27 Pro will be sold with the model name "PG27AQWP-W" worldwide, but in China, the monitor will be sold with "ROG Super Kill 27 Pro" naming. As per the report, the monitor is set to launch on 1st November, 2025, and is priced at 8,499 Yuan, which translates to around US$1,193.

Now just need a UK release date.

True Black is by far the best OLED coating imo, the image clarity is unmatched (and I've tried them all!). And this is on my current 42in C4, on a dense 32in/4k it'll look even better

For those interested, we've got a full review of this screen available on TFTCentral now for our Patreon members ahead of its full go-live tomorrow. If you're keen to read it nice and early, and help support the site (most appreciated :)) then you can find it here:

shame we don't have UK pricing/release date yet.

Damn that 720hz is smooth

Resolution is rubbish but it's so smooth nearly no judder in the slowed down footage, we're real close to the 1000hz dream
