Busted subwoofer, anyone built or assembled subs before?

Oh and another potential 'gotcha'... Remember the box is made of an MDF type material so when removing and replacing the screws go carefully so you don't chew up the thread!

Could you use t-nuts on the other side? or could that split MDF? Or use threaded inserts if you've damaged the existing hole? (go up one size on the insert)

Problem is the grille is non removable so best thing is to not have that problem if you can help it.
