Please can you recommend the best gaming CPU for 1440p & 4k gaming

The 9800X3D is actually the gaming king right now, not the 9950X3D. It's cheaper and often faster for just playing games. You'll need an AM5 motherboard and DDR5 RAM to go with it. It's a fantastic platform and a perfect match for your 5070ti. You'll be blown away by the performance jump from your 9900k

The best meaning just that regardless of cost.

The best value and if we're talking value that makes the 7600 one of them compared to x3d .

Its you the trolls because ecxept the fact that the 9800x3d gives 8% more fps in games in general (and only when not gpu limited) it has only drawbacks face to the 7800x3d
