I notice that Portugal without “CR7” scored 9 goals today.

I don’t think Ronaldo belongs in any top level team any longer. It has been the case for years now that he makes a team worse even if he still keeps scoring.

Thats been very obvious for years at this point. He still scores goals and hes still a decent player but hes an ego monster that couldn't care too much less about the result as long as he is the one scoring goals. All his teams have revolved around him, usually to their detriment in recent years. Yes he will score goals but you would be a better team and score more goals without him.

I think that is a situation that could easily apply to Bellingham in future - he certainly has the ego to match CR7.
