I'd like to neaten up my GPU power. Currently I have 2 8Pin cables from my PSU, both double ended so 4 connectors. I have 3 connected to the Asus supplied power cable. My PSU is a Corsair RM750i, would their 'Premium Individually Sleeved 12+4pin PCIe Gen 5 12V-2x6 600W cable, Type 4, BLACK' be ok? Not sure I'm allowed to post links. Failing that, I guess 3 individual 8 pin extensions would work as I have 3 spare PCIe ports on my PSU.

I think the Corsair RM750i uses Type 4 cables so you should be OK with the cable you suggest assuming your GPU has a 12vhpwr or 12v2x6 port.

Ah ok, so any cable is fine. I was confused and struggling to find a specific 12V-2x6 cable. Corsair cleared it up for me :

'

Are 12VHPWR cables any different from 12V-2x6 cables?

Let's cut to the chase. There is no difference between a 12VHPWR and a 12V-2x6 cable. The changes in revising the 12VHPWR connector and renaming it to 12V-2x6 were only made to the connectors on the graphics card side. Power supplies should also use the 12V-2x6 connector if available directly on a modular power supply. This is the case with the CORSAIR RMx series, for example.'
